Inspiration • The Redeemer wheat was grown by Paul Salanki of Loonsong farm. Paul is a big fan of single varietal wheats that taste great and yield well, so the grain is affordable. I have a limited amount, as Paul is in search of a farm…fingers crossed he lands on his feet soon.
